Founded in 2016, Sight Engineering S.A.R.L, is specialized architecture and engineering firm based in Lebanon. Although newly founded we managed to create decent reputation through several leading projects.

Assaad Naoum 

CEO · Civil Engineer

Lebanese civil engineer and construction executive with more than two decades of experience in project leadership, construction management, infrastructure development, renovation, and high-end building delivery.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions including Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Projects Director, overseeing major residential, commercial, educational, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across Lebanon. Since 2015, he has served as Managing Director of Sight Engineering, leading projects from feasibility studies and design through renovation and construction management.

Claire Fadous

Claire Fadous 

General Manager · Architect

Claire Fadous is a Lebanese-Canadian architect with extensive experience in architectural design, project management, construction supervision, and multidisciplinary project coordination. With a strong foundation in both design and execution, she has successfully delivered projects from concept development through construction, ensuring quality, functionality, and attention to detail at every stage.

Claire earned her Diploma of Higher Studies in Architecture from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), where her graduation thesis focused on the design of an Adaptation and Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, human-centered architecture.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to a diverse portfolio of residential, educational, healthcare, religious, hospitality, and commercial developments across Lebanon. Her expertise encompasses architectural design, technical documentation, construction management, site supervision, quality control, quantity surveying, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
